We are seeking a Senior Consulting Analyst- Business Process Management to provide leadership and problem solving solutions for our clients.
Position Purpose
In this position, you will be an essential member of our consulting services team primarily working out of our Minneapolis office.   You will be responsible for supporting our efforts by providing analysis of customer needs and requirements, and developing creative solutions that address them. You will help our clients find new efficiencies and improve their processes with the technology, expertise, and experience we can offer.  Your passion for innovation will fuel business growth both for our clients and us.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
You may be a great fit for this position if you:
  • Participate in and lead requirements gathering sessions with clients
  • Produce Functional Design and Requirements Specification documents on domains of expertise including functionality, business processes, interfaces, and technical environments
  • Conduct training sessions on systems and configured product sets
  • Create and deliver Client presentations and Demonstrations
  • Configure and support the configuration of the parameters that determine the functionality specified in the design documentation
  • Hold and lead meetings with IT, Business and vendor teams to review requirements, address open issues and questions, close gaps
  • Engage in prioritization and problem-solving with technical resources in order to deliver robust solutions as quickly as possible
  • Represent business interests and ensure that all technical designs meet or exceed business needs
  • Drive toward on-time, quality deliverables in a complex and dynamic business environment, while actively managing stakeholder expectations
Essential Qualifications
Ability to lead a project stream, produce and sequence activities for the project, produce deliverables at a high quality
Ability to use a structured approach to problem solving and addressing change
Strong understanding of SDLC Methodologies, including Agile and Lean, highly desirable
Ability to deliver work within tight timescales, to budget, and to a high quality
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, particularly with a customer focus
Strong ability to ask questions, clarify needs, and be resilient during ambiguity
Must be highly motivated, organized, a self-starter, results-oriented, able to work independently or as part of a team
Experience with ECM, unstructured data management or content ingestion systems a plus
Knowledge of banking, insurance, and/or healthcare industry a plus
Rock Star Qualifications
B.A. or B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other computer-related fields is preferred; Individuals with other degrees are also encouraged to apply
Must have at least seven years’ experience working as a Business Analyst
Experience with business process management (BPM) systems and software required
Experience with unstructured information management or ECM a strong plus 
Experience working in a services or consulting organization strongly preferred
Experience working with BPM products from Kofax, IBM or others a plus
