As a Senior Professional Services Engineer, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer support. While your top priority will be to coordinate and complete remote and onsite professional service projects, you will also be responsible for resolving software support issues, providing customer training, and identifying new sales opportunities. A Senior Professional Services Engineer must possess a wide variety of skills and experience and meet the exceptionally high standards of our organization and its customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Understands products and services.
  • Communicates customer project status to all project stakeholders.
  • Identifies and resolves project issues and escalates to proper authorities if necessary.
  • Manages multiple customer projects simultaneously.
  • Spends time learning about a customer’s needs and working with customers and other resources to implement the software in a way that benefits the customer’s organization in the best way possible.
  • Performs remote and onsite implementation and training.
  • Trains employees on software.
  • Documents bugs and requested enhancements.
  • Reviews software product documentation.
  • Creates post-site documentation following customer engagements.
  • Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university preferred. Minimum two years related experience required.
Specialized Knowledge in: 
Linux preferred, Visual basic preferred, RPG preferred, OS/400 preferred, Windows preferred, MS Excel preferred, project management software preferred.
