We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to drive the growth of our dynamic publishing solutions through winning new customers and increasing business at existing customers. Our dynamic publishing solutions are setting new standards in automated cross-media publishing by combining the power of XML with flexible layout and design to automate the delivery of customized, intelligent communications across print, the Web, and digital media.

Job Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of enterprise sales experience
• Proven, consistent track record of exceeding financial objectives
• Driven, self-starting, independent sales professional
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or equivalent work experience in business or sales management
• Strong passion, high energy and enthusiasm for growth
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently 

Responsibilities
• Manage the sales process for an assigned territory from introduction to delivery
• Meet and exceed all activity goals and business measurements including sales calls, pipelining, win rate, average deal size, etc.
• Obtain new accounts and manage existing accounts to consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual quota
• Identify key account decision makers to sell product using creative and custom solutions
• Generate leads through cold calling, seminar presentations, meetings, trade shows and other lead generating activities
• Manage the day to day customer needs
• Keep informed on New products and industry trends pertinent to specific clients
• Direct cold call prospecting and on-site customer visits to qualify and close sales
• Have a clear understanding of legal and privacy requirements, and help with the negotiation of successful contracts
• Work with Systems Integrators and channel partners to enhance sell though of products
• Complete all required activities such as forecast reports, expense reports and weekly status reports on time
