Project Manager, Records Specialist

Manage Project Teams:
  • Directly manage 3 Records Classification Team Leads (Teams A, B, C)
  • Indirectly manage 6 Records Classification Analysts
  • Mentor and train all team members (3 Leads, 6 classification analysts, 7 logistics personnel) on project procedures, Excel, Oracle, etc.
  • Weekly and ad-hoc communication with all project resources
  • Enter and approve team timecards
  • Interview/Hire Leads and replacements
  • Obtain laptops, phones, and all necessary computer access for new hires
  • Resolve any personnel issues that arise
  • Coordinate alternate team members for vacations and other absences
  • Help cover any project lead absences
  • Work with other internal and external groups as needed to support the project: upper management, data entry, record center personnel, sales, etc.
Manage Project Deliverables:
  • Develop and deliver weekly project reporting to client (dashboard, site status, quality reporting)
  • Lead weekly client calls and prepare minutes
  • Create and deliver Site Summary report after each location is complete
  • Oversee transmittal delivery to client and upload to SKP 
  • Prepare monthly Touchpoint presentation
  • Meet monthly with client to discuss and finalize schedule
  • Facilitate creation and access to project SharePoint site
  • Maintain transmittal template, team roster, and other project documents
Manage Project Finances:
  • Review and submit team expense reports
  • Locate and reserve hotel rooms for both field teams.  Submit Credit Card authorization to pay for rooms via corporate credit card.
  • Work closely with the sales team on SOW’s and change orders
  • Track billable team expenses, prepare monthly expense summary and submit to the client with invoicing notification.
  • Monitor project budget
